Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or product launches, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days. Tracking information is sent by email as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping — 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping — 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most international destinations. Transit times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. UPRIME LABS is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or returned by customs.
Before placing an international order, please confirm that the products you intend to order can lawfully be imported into your country for research purposes.
Cold-Chain Packaging
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive. We pack every order in insulated mailers with ice or gel packs sized to the destination and season. While packaging is designed to maintain product integrity for the duration of expected transit, lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, so brief warming during transit does not compromise the product. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the storage instructions on each product page.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order is collected by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to display the first scan after dispatch. You can also look up the status of any order on our Tracking page.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can only modify a shipping address before the label has been generated. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact support@uprimelabs.com. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details on how claims are handled.
